Thanks everybody. I have an issue I'd like to discuss. It's been on my mind for some time and I pray constantly about it.
I am stunned at the rash of killings, murders, pillagings and the like from our young black men (and some older, but mostly young). I know it happens in other cultures too, but right now I'm looking at our black men. It seems to me that spiritual blindness is the biggest culprit. I say that because they can't see what is happening to them, yet they fall into the trap when they let their wicked desires lead them into deeper and deeper wickedness. Surely, this is evidence of God's wrath upon them. It makes me sick to look at it. We all need to pray for mercy upon our black men, and all men, they all have murder and perverseness in their hearts, but they can't see there is a lie in their right hand. So I say gear up women, this will indeed not be a man's world much longer.

Spiritual Blindness

Not sure what you mean when you say that this will not be a man's world for much longer. Some of the men behind bars eventually, will be released from prison and Lord help us all when that happens. As for crime, I say there are enough crimes committed by all races and both genders. It has become tiresome to see anti-social behavior in society, regardless of a person's race. Those are individual choices to seek what may be perceived as an "easy way" to gain. The felons who are involved need to find it within themselves to repent of wrongdoing, and seek a better way to live in peaceful co-existence with others, instead of pulling guns, and committing such egregious acts against fellow human beings.

Thanks for your comment Redshoes, I understand what you're saying and I agree totally.
What I am seeing is women, having to take a more dominant role in life, and men taking a lesser role. It is important that women step up to the plate. They are the nurturers, and the task is falling on them to raise the family, and to establish a foundation which is solid and from which they all can grow. In my somewhat limited view, I see women of my generation and younger wanting to take flight like the men. I see an increasing number that leave off raising their children, their children are left on their own, they are not trained (as sometimes their mother's weren't trained), children that are not raised with moral values, but worldly values, angrily, without motherly love. Girls just want to have fun, too, I guess.! On the other hand, there are women who have high goals, and work hard to achieve them, but then are too tired to raise their children. I consider myself an advocate (if that's the right word) for motherhood. I love children and I want to see them all have all the best tools to succeed in this life. I hope I'm not sounding too harsh here, but I feel passionately about the subject.
Lastly, I found a scripture that gives some insight as to how God sees our future. Isaiah 4:1 And in that day seven women will take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach.
