Hey ladies! I am new to the site but I am glad I stumbled across it. Maybe someone will be able to offer a little advice about my situation.
I am dating a guy who is older than me. My friends and parents were cool with it at first because they didn't really know how much older he was. Now, that they know everyone is complaining. I just can't understand what the big problem is. We get along great. We love the same things (particularly church and music). I could see if he was abusive or rude to me, but he isn't. We love each other and it's not like we are trying to get married or have a lot of kids or anything like that. We just enjoy each other's company. Someone help me understand what the problem is please!

I feel you on this one. However, my situation is the reverse -- I'm in the older woman younger man situation. But I must agree with the replies, DO YOU! No one can feel what you feel when you're with this man. No one knows his heart. Enjoy yourself and live in the moment. When we stop concerning ourselves with what people think, feel, etc., you will enjoy yourself and the relationship so much more. Stop letting people thoughts and looks define your happiness.
FYI, I've decided I'm going to enjoy this man who loves me just the way that I am.
